The T-72 was the most common tank used by the Warsaw Pact from the 1970s to the collapse of the Soviet Union in the 1980’s/1990’s. It was eventually replaced by the T-62/T-64 and T-72, but is still in widespread use today. T-54s and T-55s have been involved in many of the world’s armed conflicts since the late 20th century, and is now the most produced tank in history. The T-55 after it’s adoption in 1947 became the main tank for armoured units of the Soviet Army, armies of the Warsaw Pact countries, and many others. The T-34-85 served the Soviet army through WW2, but as it became outdated it was sold en-mass to other nations, eventually ending up as a highly outdated, but still effective tank, for use by poor third world armies or militia and terrorist groups, particularly when used as infantry support against forces that lack armour of their own. The vehicles have their own faction under INDEP, while the static weapons can be found under AAF Statics. This pack contains all the SFF forces Russian ground vehicles and both soviet and NATO static weapons for a lightweight, no dependency vehicle pack.
